Core Values of CBATN
Protection of women and children from all forms of violence : CBATN will ensure that each and every effort of the network is directly aimed at protecting women and children from various forms of violence against them, particularly human trafficking.
Advocacy in Action : CBATN will restrain itself from simple lip service and organizing high level meetings and workshops that do not result in action. All advocacy efforts within CBATN will be carefully planned so as to yield a definite result within a specified time limit.
Respect of human rights of target groups : CBATN strategies and actions will fully acknowledge the human rights of its target groups in letter and spirit. Particular care will be taken with regards to the survivors of trafficking maintaining a complete non-discriminatory approach.
Commitment and Accountability : CBATN will demonstrate highest level of commitment towards its mission and goal. CBATN will institutionalize internal systems that ensure accountability at all levels of programme, administration and finance.
Leading by Example : All CBATN members will adopt network values in personal lives and will ensure that there is no gender discrimination or violence of any form within their organizations and personal lives
