PROSECUTION PROGRAM

1. Cross Cutting capacity Building program for prosecutors: CBATN and its members are involved in building the capacities of building the capacities of public and private prosecutors in addressing multidimensional issues of human trafficking. The capacity building programs focus on empowering the prosecutors to prosecute and convict the traffickers, and also ensure rights of survivors of human trafficking.

2. Regal Resource Centers: CBATN and its members have also established Legal Resource Centers (LRC) in cross border districts; the centers ensure legal assistance to victims & also those who seek any legal information or legal assistance. Each center has a legal counselor who counsels the assistance seekers. Besides, an advocate is also associated with the center to register the cases in legal frame.
